Terms of Carriage
Each person must have a valid ticket according to the price list. The ticket is valid only on the day of its sale. The age of small children, children, juniors and seniors has to be proved by identity card, passport or insurance card, and the affected person must be present. 15 % VAT is included in the price. In case of a claim, please submit the cash account.
* Groups: a group ticket for the entire group has to be paid. After a sale of 20 tickets the guide goes
for free.
Notice: The transport conditions are regulated by the Contractual Transport Conditions issued by the operator. The operator reserves the right to stop the cableway without refund of fares in case of failure, strong wind, blackouts etc. The operation of the cableway to Snezka depends on weather conditions.
